Removal of power poles, water pump shelter, existing sidewalks, F curbs and an existing retention pond were completed next. We excavated a 1.09 acre lake, proof rolled the site and building pads, imported stabilized subgrade to build the project’s roundabout and entrance off of Boynton Beach Blvd., plus another entrance from Knuth Road, various pedestrian crossings, a 30” wide crane path on the perimeter of the site that the owner and GC wil use for their tunnel-form operations. A full underground utility system was installed with drainage, sanitary sewer, forcemain, and watermain. A strict storm water pollution prevention plan was executed for the canal reshaping, headwall and outfall installation. Finally, all interior roads, parking lots, curbs, gutters, striping and signage completed the paving scope.
