Halley Engineering and Ryan Inc. Southern were awarded the widening of the Homestead Extension of the Florida’s Turnpike (HEFT / SR 821) from 6/8 lanes to 10 lanes, from milepost 26 to milepost 34. While Halley Engineering will do the larger portion of the improvements, Ryan’s portion included widening and reconstruction of the HEFT / SR 821 mainline and associated interchanges improvements at NW 12th Street, NW 41st Street, NW 74th Street, and NW 106th Street.
