PREPARATION

Civil scope included erosion control, site clearing and earthwork, storm drainage, sanitary sewer, water and fire systems, pavement subgrade, base and asphalt as well as final striping and signage.

EXCAVATION

This project had an intensive schedule and was completed in 5 months and 9 days from first slab to building C.O. Because Ryan self performs all aspects of the civil work, control of the schedule made for quick completion.
