Next we installed the underground utilities which mainly consisted of RCP and HDPE drainage pipe. This improved the stormwater drainage directly into the new lake. A new run of 24” and 30” RCP pipe was installed between four sets of houses, across two roadways, and into an existing neighborhood canal. Improvements to the existing parking lot were completed to support additional parking needs. This included asphalt milling, resurfacing, and striping. Around the new lake, we created a half mile concrete walking path that ties together site amenities. We also installed fencing around the entire site, as well as a brand-new gazebo, monument sign, and associated concrete pads. Ryan also oversaw the installation of a new irrigation system and fountain for the lake. New trees, landscaping and sod was installed to finish the project.
