Construction on Phase 1 was for 29 multi-family buildings with a new clubhouse on 17 heavily wooded acres. We cleared it of all the vegetation, imported the necessary fill material to balance the site and then compacted it. Next we installed a complete underground utility system of watermain, sewermain, forcemain and storm drainage.

Phase II comprised of four new 3-Story buildings, one new 4-Story building, two new clubhouses and two new multi-story parking garages on the remaining 11 acres. This portion of the site had a ton of buried utilities that we removed. It required additional imported material that needed to be compacted. We then installed the underground utilities that required a large drainage system to guarantee proper evacuation of the rain water into the canal. A secondary access road was constructed with many linear feet of guardrails to guard against vehicles inadvertently entering the canals. We finished Phase II with decorative pavers, curbs, gutters, signing and striping.
