Amazon Warehouse

This 52 acre portion of the Legacy Park property will be the new Amazon Delivery Station warehouse.

LOCATION: Orlando, Florida owner: GC: ThreeCore, LLC contract: 15,000,000

PREPARATION

We had to clear and grub the entire site, but the largest portion of the project was the mass earthwork as the majority of Legacy Park was farm land with furrowed row crops that had to be removed.

GRADING & DEMUCKING

The parcel required approximately 250,000 square yards of grading and demucking.

FILL

Then we imported over 270,000 cubic yards of fill material to spread and compact the warehouses building pad and massive parking areas for the large fleet of Electric Delivery vehicles and tractor trailers.

INSTALLATION

We installed a full drainage system with large diameter elliptical pipe as well as water main and sanitary sewer. We finished the project with over 36,000 linear feet of D curb, over 25,000 square yards of sidewalk, striping and signage.
