The project is served by a water, gravity sewer, and and storm drainage system.  The water system consisted of a 12” water line that loops around the site providing domestic water as well as fire protection.  The sewer system is a gravity manhole system with an on-site lift station. Since there was no water or sewer service for the area, water and sewer had to be brought to the site from on offsite location on State Road 17.

The project had a very fast-track schedule and was constructed from start to finish in one year. The off-site development consisted of a new right hand turn lane off of SR-17.
